Exhibit of Clothing Creations by Lori Botkin and Martha Crum

Last Update: 15 April 2007

Lori Botkin lives in McDowell in Highland County. She learned sewing from her mother, Martha Crum. The story of their sewing projects is told in more detail in the catalog of this exhibit, which also lists all of the items on display and includes prices of those that are for sale. Lori has turned her part-time hobby into a business making prom dresses and doing other custom work. For more information she can be reached by e-mail or phone 540-396-3571.

Lori, wearing clothes she made for herself, shows off her Victorian wdding dress, #40 in the catalog. Behind her are Civil War era clothes, #4-7, and farther back are several prom dresses, #8-11.
